We text people about unclaimed surplus funds after a foreclosure sale, and people who have asked to hear from us. Messages cover things like confirming details on a possible claim, scheduling a call, sending documents you asked for, and claim status updates.
You can agree by telling us on a call that we may text you, by texting or calling us first, or by ticking the text message box on one of our web forms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any service we offer.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT at any time and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming it. To start again, reply YES or START.
