Referral Commissions (Affiliate Program)
Section 25 of the US Foreclosure Leads Terms of Service
Effective date: September 10, 2026
Foreclosure Recovery Inc. runs a referral program (the "Affiliate Program") for US Foreclosure Leads. This section sets the rules for it. It applies to every User who shares a personal referral link or otherwise takes part in the program, and it works together with the rest of the Terms of Service, which still apply to you.
This section is also published on its own at usforeclosureleads.com/affiliate-terms so the affiliate dashboard can link to it and ask you to accept it before your referral link is activated. Both copies are the same text.
1. Who Can Take Part
- Affiliates are Owner Operators of US Foreclosure Leads with an account in good standing. There is no separate signup. The affiliate tools live inside your existing dashboard.
- Each affiliate gets a personal referral link in the form usforeclosureleads.com/r/your-handle. Only that link, and the tracking it creates, earns credit.
- You may not take part if your account is suspended or if you were removed from the program before.
2. How Referrals Are Tracked
- When someone clicks your link, we place a tracking cookie in their browser. The cookie lasts 180 days (six months) from the click.
- Last click wins. If a person clicks links from more than one affiliate, the affiliate whose link they clicked most recently before buying gets the credit.
- Tracking is cookie-based. If the cookie is blocked, cleared, or expired before the purchase, or the purchase happens in a different browser or on a different device, we have no way to tie the sale to you and no commission is owed.
3. Commission Rates
- Asset Recovery Agent program: $150 for each referred person who purchases the Asset Recovery Agent program. This is paid once per referred person, after the first payment by that person on the program clears, whether they pay in full or on a payment plan.
- Other products: a percentage of the sale on other products your referral buys, including the Owner Operator program, the automations package, lead purchases, and add-ons. The rates are published in the affiliate dashboard. We may change a rate with notice. The change applies to sales made after the notice and does not touch commissions already earned.
- AI receptionist: the AI receptionist is a $100 per month service. You earn 50% of each monthly payment your referral makes, for up to six months (see the six-month rule below).
4. The Six-Month Rule
- Recurring payments: for any subscription or other recurring service, you are paid on payments the referral makes during the six months after their first payment on that service. After those six months, commissions on that service stop, even if the customer keeps paying.
- One-time purchases: a one-time purchase earns a commission only if it happens inside the six-month attribution window, meaning while the 180-day cookie from your link is still active. Purchases after the window closes do not earn a commission.
- Example: your referral starts the AI receptionist on March 1. You are paid on the first six monthly payments (March through August). Payments from September onward earn nothing.
5. Payouts
- Timing: commissions are paid within 24 hours after the first payment by the referral clears, and within 24 hours after each later qualifying recurring payment clears. A payment has cleared when our processor has settled it and it is not pending, disputed, or reversed.
- Payout method: before we can pay you, you must save a payout method (Zelle, PayPal, or direct deposit) in the My Payouts tab of your affiliate account. If no payout method is on file, your payout is held until you save one, then released.
- Tax form: if you are a US person, a completed Form W-9 must also be on file before your first payout (see Taxes and Paperwork below).
- Minimum: there is no minimum payout amount.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Clawbacks
- If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or cancelled inside its refund window, the related commission is reversed.
- If we already paid that commission, we take it back by deducting the amount from your future payouts (a clawback).
- If a referral cancels a recurring service, commissions on that service stop with the last payment that cleared.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are not allowed. A violation forfeits all unpaid commissions and ends your participation in the program. It may also lead to action under the Acceptable Use Policy in the Terms of Service.
- Self-referrals: using your own link, or having someone use it for you, to buy for yourself, your business, or your household.
- Referring existing customers: claiming credit for anyone who already has an account or has already bought from us.
- Bidding on our brand terms in paid search, including "US Foreclosure Leads", "Foreclosure Recovery Inc.", "usforeclosureleads", and close variations or misspellings.
- Spam of any kind, including bulk unsolicited email.
- Unsolicited SMS or robocalls.
- Misleading claims, including any "guaranteed income" claim or any promise of results we do not make ourselves.
- Cookie stuffing, or any other method that sets our tracking cookie without a real click on your link by a real person.
- Coupon, rebate, cashback, or other incentive schemes that we have not approved in writing.
- Posting your link where the platform forbids affiliate links, or in a way that breaks a platform's rules.
8. You Are an Independent Contractor
- You take part in the program as an independent contractor. Being an affiliate does not make you our employee, partner, or legal agent, and it gives you no authority to sign agreements, make promises, or collect money on our behalf.
- You choose your own methods and cover your own costs, within the rules in this section.
- Do not present yourself as our employee when you share your link.
9. Taxes and Paperwork
- You are responsible for your own taxes on everything you earn in the program.
- US persons must supply a completed Form W-9 before any payout is made.
- If you are a US person and your commissions reach $600 or more in a calendar year, we will issue you a Form 1099-NEC.
- You are responsible for complying with any state affiliate-nexus or tax rules that apply to you.
10. Advertising and Compliance Rules
You must follow every law and platform rule that applies to how you promote your link. In particular:
- FTC Endorsement Guides and 16 CFR Part 255: disclose your material connection to us clearly and conspicuously on every post, video, page, email, or message that includes your link or promotes the program. A plain statement such as "I earn a referral commission if you sign up through my link", placed where people will see it before they click, meets this rule. A disclosure hidden in a profile bio, in a wall of hashtags, or behind a "more" link does not.
- CAN-SPAM (email): every marketing email must say who it is from, use an honest subject line, include your physical mailing address, and include a working unsubscribe option that you honor promptly.
- TCPA and state telemarketing law: do not call or text anyone about the program unless you have their prior consent for that kind of message. Honor every opt-out right away, respect do-not-call lists, and follow state calling-hour rules. No robocalls, and no autodialed or prerecorded messages without the prior express written consent the law requires.
- Platform terms: follow the rules of every platform you use, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. If a platform forbids affiliate links or has its own disclosure requirement, follow the platform's rule in addition to ours.
- Our materials: use our name, logo, and promotional materials only as we provide them in the affiliate dashboard. Do not edit them or add claims of your own.
11. No Guaranteed Earnings
- We do not guarantee that you will earn anything in the program. Commissions depend on whether the people you refer buy, and on the rules above.
- Any figures we share are examples. Past results, yours or another affiliate's, are not promises about future results.
- You must not make earnings claims to others that we have not published.
12. Audits, Fraud, and Withheld Payments
- We may review your traffic, referrals, and promotion methods at any time.
- If we suspect fraud, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or any other violation of this section, we may hold payment while we review, and we may cancel any commission that was not earned under these rules.
13. Changes to the Program and Ending Participation
- We may change the program, including commission rates, the products it covers, and the payout methods, or end the program entirely. We will give notice by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Changes apply to sales made after the notice.
- Commissions you have already earned are still paid, unless they were forfeited under Prohibited Conduct above.
- You can stop taking part at any time by no longer sharing your link, or by asking us to deactivate it. If your US Foreclosure Leads account closes, your participation in the program ends with it.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
This section is governed by the same law as the rest of the Terms of Service: the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute about the program is handled under the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration and Governing Law sections of the Terms of Service.

15. Not Legal Advice
This section explains the program rules in plain language. It is not legal advice for you as an affiliate. If you have questions about your own obligations, for example disclosures, telemarketing consent, taxes, or the rules in your state, consult your own attorney or tax advisor.
Acknowledgment of Affiliate Program Terms
By activating a referral link, or by accepting these terms in the affiliate dashboard, you confirm that you have read and agree to this section and to the rest of the Terms of Service, and that you will follow the disclosure, email, and telemarketing rules above every time you promote your link.
