This is the one that matters. Read it out loud the way you would actually say it on a call. Warm and normal beats polished. Your name goes where the name is.

If my application is approved I get access to the Recruitment Desk, where the recorded calls, troubleshooting guides and sales guides show me exactly how to communicate with asset recovery agents.I understand that because of the number of applications we receive, we are not able to call everyone back. If I do receive a call, a senior asset recovery agent will speak with me in a phone interview to see whether I am a good fit, and may extend training access and session slots so I can start as a recruitment agent.I understand I need to install the free Zoiper 5 app on my phone to make calls.
